At your service
The reception of Riad Monceau is at your disposal all day long to answer your questions, share with you its knowledge of Marrakech and Morocco, and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We will be happy to manage your airport transfers, organize your visits and excursions, or book for you restaurants and golf courses. Do not hesitate to tell us your wishes. We will always do our best to satisfy them.
Airport transferT
Finding a quality cab at Marrakech airport, then locating a riad in the medina, can be a hazardous experience for those who do not know the city and its customs perfectly. We also provide an efficient airport transfer service, in a high quality cab (Accueil Classic) or in a horse-drawn carriage (Accueil Tradition) that will allow you to start your stay in the best conditions.
You can choose to book accommodation and transfer, or simply your transfer.
Romantic Option
If you want a more personalized welcome, we suggest you choose our Romantic Option. Your room will be prepared with rose petals, flowers, fresh fruit basket, dried fruit tray, scented candles, and half a bottle of wine. This option is to be booked in the same way as the airport transfers (see above).
Excursions, visites, golf
We have at your disposal a selection of excellent drivers and guides who can organize for you all the visits and excursions of your choice, and this on an individual basis without any constraints. Among the possible outings:
- Cultural visit of the medina according to the theme of your choice (history, architecture, …etc) with a multilingual guide, in half a day or a full day.
- Visit of the souks (half day).
- Excursion to the Ourika Valley (half day).
- Atlas circuit in 4X4 (day).
- Essaouira (day), … etc.
It is not necessary to book in advance. The requests are thus to be formulated directly near the reception of the hotel, once on the spot.
